Ezytronic Warehouse Sales: Auction Terms And Condition.
1.The Promotion Period is from 31st of May till 3rd of June, 2012.
2.The auction is held from 12:00PM on the 3rd of June 2012 which is the last day of the event.
3.To be eligible for the auction, participants must successfully purchase any of the items that are listed for sale except Lucky Draw items during the warehouse sales from Ezytronic Sdn Bhd.
4.The highest bidder of each item within the bidding period shall be the winner and the purchaser. If any dispute arises as to the highest bidder, the Auctioneer shall determine the dispute and may put up again and re-sell the item in respect of which the dispute arises.
5.All entries and participants of auction will need to present their proof of purchase of sales item before bidding. The bidding and advances shall be regulated by and at the discretion of the auctioneer.
6.The results for the auction are final. Item that are won by winners cannot be refund or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items.
7.The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the client, but shall not be liable for errors or omissions in executing the instructions to bid.
8.Winner must purchase the won item immediately after the bidding end before proceed for the next auction otherwise the prize will be forfeited and will be given to the 2nd highest bidder on that particular auction.
9.Winners of each auction may only use cash or credit card terms to purchase the won item, no reserve or hold on item is allowed unless necessary with reasons.
10.Ezytronic Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the products or services or the auction item provided by the respective merchant. The respective merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation thereto. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Ezytronic Sdn Bhd and the respective merchant shall be final and binding on all parties.
11.Ezytronic Sdn Bhd reserves the final decision for Prize redemption details.
12.Employees and their immediate family members of Ezytronic Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries and employees and their immediate family members of the advertising agency are not eligible for the Lucky Draw.
13.Ezytronic Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and may withdraw or discontinue the auction without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Ezytronic Sdn Bhd.
Ezytronic Warehouse Sales: Lucky Draw Terms And Condition.
1.The Promotion Period is from 31st of May till 3rd of June, 2012
2.The Lucky Draw is held on 31st of May 2012 onwards till 2nd of June 2012 at the warehouse sales.
3.Lucky Draw is open to anyone present during the warehouse sales. There are two sections each day from 31st of May till 2nd of June 2012
4.There are limited quantities for Prizes to be won based on each section during the Lucky Draw Period. Once the items are all drawn by the customers who attended, the Lucky Draw section will stop.
5.All entries of Lucky Draw will get either a ticket to purchase the promotion items or a voucher of discount to specific items during the warehouse sales.
6.The Lucky Draw participants may only draw one unit per draw at the drawing counter.
7.The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items.
8.If the consolidation gift redeemed is out of stock, Ezytronic Sdn Bhd reserves the right to stop the activity or replace them with alternate offers of goods without prior notice.
9.Winner must redeem the Prize on the designated date stated on the redemption letter otherwise the Prize will be forfeited.
10.Participants may exchange or transfer their draw with other participants. Participants are allowed to queue limitless till the draw section is close. by entering into the Lucky Draw consent to co-operate with and participate in any marketing activities
11.Ezytronic Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the products or services or the prizes provided by the respective merchant.
